Proposals are hereby invited for the procurement of a consultancy firm to conduct a feasibility study for establishment of a postal hub for South Africa under the Southern Africa Postal Operators Association (SAPOA). Scope of Work: To conduct a feasibility study for a regional hub, and carry out the following tasks: - Task 1: Literature Review and international best practice analysis: The purpose of a literature review is to facilitate the consultant to obtain data, information, and opinions and international best practices on regional postal hubs; - Task 2: Market analysis: Research the demand for a regional hub in the target area, including market size, growth potential, and competition; - Task 3: Location analysis: Evaluate potential locations for the hub, considering factors like accessibility, infrastructure, and local support; - Task 4: Technical and operational requirements: Assess the necessary infrastructure, equipment, and personnel needs; - Task 5: Financial analysis: Estimate costs, revenues, and profitability, including potential funding sources and return on investment. Objectives: This assignment will focus on Phase 1 which is the feasibility study. The objective of the assignment would be to carry out a feasibility study to determine the practicality and potential success of the establishment of a regional hub for Southern Africa. The assignment is expected to commence within fourteen (14) days after contract signing. 源: ONLINE TENDERS

Expressions of Interest are hereby invited for the recruitment of a consulting firm to conduct feasibility studies for the "integrated regional project to support the sustainability of investments through improving the climate resilience of port and road infrastructure". These include (i) environmental and social impact studies; (ii) climate change impact studies for the project; (iii) economic and socioeconomic studies; (iv) updating the master plan for the Port of Bujumbura; (v) studies to improve the resilience of port and road infrastructure to climate change; and (vi) the definition of optimal equipment needs for the operationalization of the Port of Bujumbura. The proposed duration of the assignment is six calendar months from the date of signing the contract, including the deadlines for the client to validate the reports. 源: ONLINE TENDERS
