            Genaue Angaben zu den Fristen für die Einlegung von Rechtsbehelfen:

            Zur Prüfung des Vergabeverfahrens im Hinblick auf das Vorliegen von Vergaberechtsverstößen können die Bieter einen Nachprüfungsantrag bei der vorgenannten Vergabekammer stellen. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass ein solcher Antrag gemäß § 160 Abs. 3 Satz 1 des Gesetzes gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen (GWB) nur zulässig ist, soweit der Bieter:

            - den Verstoß gegen Vergabevorschriften vor Einreichen des Nachprüfungsantrages erkannt und gegenüber dem Auftraggeber innerhalb einer Frist von zehn Kalendertagen gerügt hat,

            - Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung erkennbar sind, spätestens bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Frist zur Angebotsabgabe gerügt hat,

            - Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die erst in den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, spätestens bis zur Angebotsabgabe gerügt hat.

            Darüber hinaus muss der Nachprüfungsantrag nach § 160 Abs. 3 Satz 1 Nr. 4 GWB innerhalb von 15 Kalendertagen nach Eingang der Mitteilung des AG, seiner Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen, eingereicht werden. Anderenfalls ist dieser verspätet und somit unzulässig.
