         Die Klinikum Werra-Meissner GmbH (nachfolgend: KWM) gewährleistet vor allem in der Werra-Meißner-Region mit den Klinikstandorten Eschwege und Witzenhausen die medizinische Grund- und Regelversorgung. Jährlich werden rund 19.000 stationäre und 36.000 ambulante Patienten betreut. Die KWM trägt durch fortwährende Investitionen in die Krankenhausinfrastruktur dafür Sorge, dass die Patientenversorgung auf höchstem Niveau gewährleistet werden kann.

         Die KWM ist im Rahmen des Klinikbetriebs auf die Bereitstellung eines leistungsstarken W-LAN-Netzes angewiesen und hat mit Blick auf die vorhandenen Anforderungen an die IT-Infrastruktur in den zurückliegenden Jahren bereits den Grundstein für eine bedarfsangemessene Accesspoint-Architektur gelegt. Bei den bereits vor Ort eingesetzten W-LAN Accesspoints handelt es sich um die Zugänge des Herstellers Extreme Networks, Inc.

         Für den nun bevorstehenden weiteren Ausbau der Accesspoints benötigt die KWM für einen fünf-Jahreszeitraum:

         • 105 x AP305C-WR, ExtremeCloud IQ Indoor WiFi 6 AP 2x2 radios with Dual 5GHz and 1x1GbE port. Integrated light/power sensors BLE/Zigbee. AI/ML green mode. Internal antennas. Includes Connect. Domain Rest of World

         • 105 x AH-ACC-BKT-AX-TB, Mounting bracket for Prelude 15/16 and Suprafine 9/16 ceilings supported on AP630 AP650 AP650X AP305C AP305CX AP410C AP510C AP510CX

         • 105 x XIQ-PIL-S-C-PWP, ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot SaaS Subscription and PWP SaaS Support for one (1) device, Laufzeit: 60 Monate

         • 105 x 95600-AP305C-WR, PWP TAC OS AP305C-1-WR, Laufzeit: 60 Monate

         Für die Bedarfsdeckung ist es aus fachlichen Gründen zwingend erforderlich, dass die bestehende Hardwarearchitektur mit denselben Komponenten erweitert wird.

         Der Leistungsabruf erfolgt sukzessive. Ein erster Leistungsabruf ist spätestens sechs Wochen nach Zuschlagserteilung vorgesehen. Die weitere Leistungserbringung richtet sich nach dem tatsächlichen Projektverlauf.

         Hinweis der Vergabestelle: Das Verfahren wird als öffentliche Ausschreibung nach der Unterschwellenvergabeordnung (UVgO) durchgeführt. Die Bekanntmachung im Amtsblatt der EU wird ausschließlich zu einer breiten Marktansprache verwendet. Sollten Hinweise auf eine Ausschreibung nach der Vergabeverordnung (VgV) vorhanden sein, ist dies ausschließlich in der Formularnutzung angelegt und ändert nichts an der Einordnung eines Vorgangs nach der UVgO.
