         (1) Rügen wegen erkannter Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften sind über die Vergabeplattform gegenüber der unter Ziffer 2 genannten Kontaktstelle innerhalb einer Frist von zehn Kalendertagen zu erheben, § 160 Abs. 3 S.

         1 Nr. 1 GWB.

         (2) Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung und/oder den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, müssen bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Frist zur Angebotsabgabe

         gerügt werden, § 160 Abs. 3 S. 1 Nr. 2 GWB. Dies gilt insbesondere auch für im Verlaufe des Vergabeverfahrens erfolgte Änderungen an der Auftragsbekanntmachung und/oder den Vergabeunterlagen.

         (3) Ergänzend wird auf § 160 Abs. 3 S. 1 Nr. 4 GWB hingewiesen. Hiernach ist ein Nachprüfungsantrag unzulässig, soweit mehr als 15 Kalendertage nach Eingang der Mitteilung vergangen sind, einer Rüge nicht

         abhelfen zu wollen.
