Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Water recycling plant optimisation and repairs. General Scope of Work: - To provide a water quality report at the end of the repairs and optimisation to ensure that the improvements made to the plant still yield the correct water standards as per the SANS regulations for class 2 drinking water. If the standard is out of range, further adjustments to the systems need to be made by the contractor to ensure that the system targets are met; - Transducer replacement and system/program reconfiguration; - PLC programming; - Complete overhaul of the filter pump (Mono Progressing Cavity Pump - C61MCR); - Raw water pipe reconfigurations to reduce sludge build up; - NRV replacement on filter supply line.
