Tenders are hereby invited for the procurement of services from an individual or entity to act as a facilitator for strategic planning sessions with both the Management and Board. The primary objective of these sessions is to collaboratively develop strategic outcomes for the organisation, along with identifying key indicators for measuring progress over the next five years. Additionally, the facilitator will assist in defining annual targets as well as quarterly milestones within the Corporate Plan for the financial year 2024/2025. The office is situated in: O.R Tambo International Airport Special Economic Zone Precinct 1, Cnr Bonaero Drive and Elgin Road, ACSA Precinct, 1619. Scope: 1. The individual or entity is to facilitate strategic session with Management for the purpose of reviewing: - Vision, Mission, Values, - Reviewing the Situational analysis using Pestle or SWAT analysis, - Formulate strategic outcomes for the organization, - Formulating Indicators for the strategic outcomes, - Formulating annual targets, - Quarterly targets. 2. Facilitate a strategic session with the Board where the required is presented; 3. Incorporate Real-time changes made by Board; 4. Produce a final report to Management; 5.
