Tenders are hereby invited for Jaws software support and maintenance for a period of five (05) years. Scope of works: The client currently has 20 perpetual JAWS (Job Access With Speech) licences which are on the latest version with active support and maintenance until June 2025. The vendor will be expected to continue providing maintenance and support (M&S) of the JAWS licences for 5 years starting in June 2025, the M&S must include any upgrades released during the term of the contract. In addition to the maintenance and support the client requires the vendor to provide professional service to address existing compatibility, integration and interaction related issues with various software/applications. In summary the scope includes the following deliverables: • Maintenance and Support for 20 JAWS licences, • Professional Services to address compatibility issues, • Training for end users and content developers. 源: ONLINE TENDERS
