Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Completion of removal of medical waste at Nessie Knight Hospital: Phase 3 – Staff accommodation units. The works involve the excavating, collection, transportation and disposal of soil contaminated with health care risk waste from Nessie Knight Hospital (Sulenkama) in Qumbu, OR Tambo district to a registered landfill. The works are envisaged to take 1 month to complete following a sequenced programme of activities. Scope of works: a) Excavating, collection, transportation and disposal of soil contaminated with health care risk waste from Nessie Knight Hospital (Sulenkama) in Qumbu, OR Tambo district to a registered land fill; b) Provision of safe, effective and efficient handling and removal of soil contaminated with health care risk waste from site to Aloes Waste Management Facility. Bidder to provide a Safe Disposal Certificate upon completion; c) Taking all necessary steps to ensure that fugitive dust is not generated due to the sensitivity of patients at the hospital; d) The material must be collected, transported and trenched, by a registered health care risk waste company; e) The material to be disposed at the Aloes Waste Management Facility in a registered landfill. 源: ONLINE TENDERS

Extension of Closing Date. Proposals are hereby invited for the appointment of a panel of professional engineering service providers over a three (3) year period. Scope of Works: The categories in which service providers are required to be pre-approved are as follows: 1. Steel tank Refurbishment: The Milnerton Tank Farm has 39 above ground steel floating roof tanks which will be refurbished as required. Inspection reports based on API 653 will be used as inputs to the scope of repairs; 2. Marine Loading Arms Supply and Install: The supply and installation of marine loading arms, both as replacement of existing loading arms and as new installations; 3. Pipelines, pumps and valves design, engineering and construction: New sections of piping are to be installed in both Saldanha and Milnerton. The current piping may also require engineering input; 4. Consulting Engineers for SFF: At times SFF will require the services of Consulting Engineers to be appointed: • As the SFF appointed Engineers when executing major construction projects; • When required to carry out Asset Valuation; • To carry out Feasibility Studies on terminals and/or tank farms; • To carry out Abandonment Provision studies; • To carry out Due Diligence on assets or operating businesses as required; 5. Upgrading of firefighting systems: The firefighting systems in the Tank Farms need to be upgraded where required. 源: ONLINE TENDERS
