Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a suitable service provider for maintenance of split unit type, under ceiling and cassette type air conditioners, Kwazulu Natal Province for 5 years. Scope: The scope of services will include but not limited to: • Preventative maintenance by cleaning of evaporator filters, condensers etc. • Checking of refrigerant charge. • Checking of electrical connections and fix all loose connections. • Washing of indoor and outdoor coils. • Checking and cleaning of drain systems. • Inspection of piping, cables, insulation, and ducting. • Gas top-up. • Thermostat. • Capacitor. • Apply rust proofing where required. • Cleaning of condenser section and coil. • Cleaning of filters. • Lubrication. • Wire brush rust spots and paint with protective coatings. • Check and record liquid and suction pressures. • Check and record evaporator, condenser, and temperatures – SABC to monitor. • Clean out drip tray and drain line. • Check all leaks on the copper lines and fix when required. • Submit a completed job card for work performed on each unit. • Submit recommendations for repairs required. • Appointed service provider will be expected to do the adhoc repairs as required. • The service provider must provide the warranty for the service and repairs. • The service will be carried on a six-month interval which will be the major service. • Work must be according to SANS 10147 standards. 源: ONLINE TENDERS
