United Nations Office of Human Resources (OHR), Department of Management Strategy, Policy and Compliance seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors to design and deliver organization development interventions, including tailored team interventions; executive/leadership coaching and Multirater/360-degree feedback exercises for global leaders and teams, with the majority of the work being conducted in New York and periodically globally: Design and facilitation of team interventions and provision of coaching sessions to UN leaders in support of the UN Secretariat Office of Human Resources (OHR). The programmes will be facilitated face-to-face and/or virtually, with most of the sessions in English, and some in French or Spanish. The learning areas to be covered include but are not limited to the following: - Support for leadership and organizational development. - Team effectiveness and leadership coaching covering topics such as creating/aligning team vision, creating an inclusive culture, building trust, engagement and collaboration, change, innovation, conflict management, feedback, communication and capacity development. The executive/leadership coaching may include: - Helping leaders to gain self-awareness of their leadership vis-à-vis the UN environment. - Supporting a smooth transition into their new leadership role. - Supporting leaders to implement change, deal with challenges and gain staff/team buy-in. - Conflict management; support to creating an environment of inclusion and respect, developing strategies to increase staff motivation, improving communication style, etc; as well as strategies to sustain leaders learning and support. - Annual multi-rater/360-degree feedback exercises with coaching for senior leadership. - Analysis, evaluation and reporting with expert and concrete recommendations for continuous organizational improvement.
