Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Repair 2B onto 4B pump. Specifications: Repair 2B onto 4B pump, qty: 1. 2B onto 4B Transfer station pump service: Clean the existing pump sump to be free of ore and sludge Pumps service scope shall include the following: - Pump repair to take place onsite; - Repairs to all seals; - Refurbish all bearings; - Repair pump impeller; - Repair strainer; - Repair the shaft from motor to impeller; - Replace all V Belts (TPT to provide); - Repair the casing and weld up all cracks; - Repair outlet pipe from the pump pit to the bins, estimated pipe length and specifications, Black HDPE pipe 80mm ID x 10mm thick and 100m long, with fittings; - Pumps specifications to be confirmed on site; - Repair all motor couplings and locking elements; - Repair pump impeller shaft and bearings housing; - Repair pump casing; - Ensure that there is no leaks from pump to the bin. Please note that the pump will need to be dis-assembled and assembled again at the sump for installation, as it is too big to be installed as one. Any brackets, anchoring or concrete works are for the contractor"s account. Connect the new pump electrically. Install level control switch to ensure auto on/off depending on the level. Connect the required outlet pipe and ensure industrial hose clamps and fittings are used. Repair outlet pipe to ensure the pumped water is pumped to the ore storage bin. Test the pump in the presence of a TPT representative. A team of at least 15 cleaner is needed to ensure all cleaning requirements. Location of Service: PE harbor.
