Re-advertisement: Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of a panel of four (4) Qualification Development Facilitators (QDFS). Scope: - The prospective service providers are required to develop one (1) new occupational qualification and review sixteen (16) of the clients registered part and full occupational qualifications across the six (6) of the clients sub-sectors. Specifications: The appointed service providers will undertake the following duties: - Assess and advise on the alignment of the occupational qualifications that would be developed and reviewed against the occupations on the Organising Framework Occupations (OFO) Codes Version 2021; - Recruit and appoint subject matter experts to assist with the realignment and development of qualifications, for the six (6) of the clients sub-sectors; - Recruit and appoint two (2) Administrators to assist with the administration work associated with qualification development; - Facilitate the development and review of the occupational qualifications; - Determining facilitation approaches and methodology to ensure compliance; - Facilitate pre-scoping, scoping meetings, curriculum development meetings and final verification meetings; - Develop moderated assessment instruments together with a memorandum (i.e. answer sheets) for occupational qualifications; - Produce the following documents for evaluation, in the format and manner prescribed by the QCTO and the client; - Occupational Qualifications Document (for each qualification); - Curriculum Document (for each qualification); - Qualification Assessment Specification Document (for each qualification); - QCTO Reports; and - Five (5) Moderated Assessment tools together with a memorandum (for specified qualifications); - The prospective service providers shall be responsible for managing each occupational qualification process until it is registered with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). 源: ONLINE TENDERS
