         De bevraging betreft het sluiten, met ingang van 1 april 2018, van (een) nieuwe groepsverzekering(en) voor onbepaalde duur van het type vaste bijdragen met een werkgevers- en mogelijk een werknemersbijdrage voor de personeelsleden – of bepaalde objectief te definiëren categorieën van personeelsleden – van de Team Bedrijfstrajecten vzw. De groepsverzekering(en) dien(t)(en) uit (minstens) volgend waarborgenpakket te bestaan:

         — Waarborg (aanvullend) pensioen,

         — Waarborg overlijden,

         — Waarborg invaliditeitsrente,

         — Waarborg premievrijstelling,

         — Mogelijkheid tot (individuele) overdracht van de verworven reserves in een onthaalstructuur voor de personeelsleden die uittreden uit de groepsverzekering van hun vorige werkgever en met ingang van 1 april 2018 overgaan naar Team Bedrijfstrajecten vzw.

         Het Vlaams Agentschap Innoveren & Ondernemen is niet de eigenlijke aanbestedende overheid, maar start louter om operationele redenen en de timing een bevraging op voor een groepsverzekering ten behoeve van het personeel van Team Bedrijfstrajecten vzw. VLAIO is daarvoor gemandateerd door de Raad van Bestuur van vzw Team Bedrijfstrajecten. Zodra de Team Bedrijfstrajecten vzw meer operationeel is zal zij deze bevraging overnemen en gelden als enig aanspreekpunt. De Team Bedrijfstrajecten vzw zal dan ook de aanbestedende overheid zijn en zal normaliter ook zelf de selectie- en (zeker de) gunningsbeslissing nemen. Door in te tekenen op deze opdracht aanvaardt de Kandidaat deze werkwijze.
