Bids are hereby invited from suppliers for the following: Appointment of consultants to augment existing capacity on a co-sourced basis: Housing Company Tshwane’s annual financial statements. Specifications: HCT - Annual Financial Statements 2023/24: - Compliance with standards of Generally Recognized Accounting Practice (GRAP) and MFMA, - Perform analytical procedures on the supporting schedules to confirm management assertions, - Conduct follow-up review on previous AG (SA) findings for 2022/23 financial year, - Review disclosure notes to confirm whether they agree to supporting schedules, including UIFW disclosure note, - Review the prior period error note to confirm compliance with GRAP 3 and 18, - Review Revenue from exchange and nonexchange to confirm alignment to the financial statement and the supporting schedules, - Disclosure of the contingent liability note and agreeing to supporting schedules, - Review the Cash Flow Statement and Grants & subsidy disclosure, - Accounting policies and Segment reporting, - Accounting Policies and Segment reporting; and - Review PPE and compliance with GRAP 17 standards, including capitalisation of completed Assets Under Construction (Townlands) and properties transferred from the parent municipality to the entity during the year (if any), - Review the PPE disclosure, if the entity utilised the correct revaluation method for Townlands social housing property, in terms of the opinion to be provided by other expert of service providers. 源: ONLINE TENDERS
