Tenders are hereby invited for the provision of hazardous chemical spillage management in Gauteng Cluster on “as and when required” basis over a period of 60 months. The scope is for the management and disposal of Insulating Oil or any type of hydrocarbon Spillages: - Any contaminated soil/material must be treated by using suitable bio-remediation methods. The scope of the bioremediation and the products used with the relevant MSDS must be submitted in the quote, - Any contaminated material/hard surface must be treated conducting pressure cleaning. Relevant MSDS must be submitted in the quote, - Should it be necessary to have contaminated soil/material disposed of, this should be done at a registered landfill site, - Should water and chemical need to be separated this shall be done and disposed of at an appropriately registered landfill, - Should testing of soil or water be required this shall be done at an appropriate lab in the cluster, - Waste manifest are to be provided to the client for all disposals, - Disposal certificates are to be provided to the client for all disposals, - Supply of oil spillage clean-up kits and/or HCS kit. Training to be provided to employees upon delivery of the kits, - Clean up reports to accompany all invoices submitted to the client, - Bund area repairs and surface coating against oil seepage, - Removal of saturated oil contaminated material for bioremediation, - Should water and oil be mixed the water and oil to be separated and disposed of pressure cleaning of surface area of oil dam, - Lining surface area with impermeable coating, - Removal of plant/oil debris from drainage area in the bunded are of substation. 源: ONLINE TENDERS
