Quotations are hereby requested for the proposed architectural design for Wiggins Process Evaluation Facility (PEF). Scope of work/description of services required: The client requires a service provider to provide an architectural design of the Wiggins Process Evaluation Facility (PEF).The design must incorporate the green building principles in line with the Green Building Council of SA (GBCSA) requirements and other relevant international best practice. The anticipated project should qualify for a four (4) star minimum to five (5) star green building rating. The scope of the service will include: • Conduct a structural assessment of the existing building and provide a written report. The assessment must determine load-bearing capacity and expansion feasibility, material reuse potential, • Produce a written conceptual design report, • Produce conceptual design architectural drawings in AutoCAD and PDF format, • Provide cost estimates for the proposed design, • Presentation of conceptual design to the client"s Process Services’ staff (3D virtual tour).
