Quotations are hereby invited for the Assessment and development of municipal business continuity specification. Richmond Municipality seeks services from professional service providers with experience in assessing the municipal environment and developing business continuity plans. The successful service provider will be expected to: 1) Conduct Assessment in all the municipal buildings. 2) Conduct business impact analyses for strategic, tactical and operational levels and provide BIA reports. 3) Identify the organisations" critical activities, dependencies and single points of failure, followed by identifying the impact or effect of the loss of such activities. 4) Conduct a risk assessment on municipal critical activities including but not limited to: - Loss of production; - Loss of key suppliers; - Loss of staff; - Natural disaster; - Loss of onsite records; - Hybrid operation/online operation of business. 5) Develop business continuity specification which supports all departments and operations of the municipality including an emergency response plan, crisis management plan, etc. (投標 №103568452cn)
