Information is hereby requested for the following: Specifications for a time and attendance system for the University of Pretoria. The primary focus of the Request for Information (RFI) is to assess the types of systems available, the varieties of devices on offer, and how these devices and systems can be utilized to meet the requirements as set out in this RFI document. Specifications: The following functions are done in the People Soft system: Upload Daily MS Excel spreadsheet to maintain shift inputs with the following fields: • EMPLID (Employee Identification); • Date worked; • Shift type; • Site ID; • Hours. Capture leave forms: • Manual leave forms are completed by Security Services and captured on the Easy Roster system where after it is sent to the PeopleSoft administrator for capturing on PeopleSoft HCM to be able to manage leave and payment of staff members. Backdated transactions: • Transactions from the previous month to be fixed, either due to leave forms received late or a shift not paid correctly. Auditing of attendance registers by generating a Roster report: • The report is delivered in PDF format and attached to signed rosters for the specific date and shift. Each site should be checked to ensure that all information captured on Easy Roster is correct for payment. Mistakes are be sent back to the Easy Roster administrator for correction. (投標 №103751904cn)
