Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a service provider to for the hiring and servicing fourteen (14) mobile toilets (trailer units) for a period of twelve (12) months at Vlakfontein Mine. Scope: a. Hiring of fourteen (14) flushable mobile trailer units for both males and females; b. Flushable with basin; c. The toilets must be double trailer units; d. The toilets must have the handwashing facility and soap dispenser; e. Provide sanitary bins for female toilets; f. Soap dispensers must be refilled every day; g. The toilets must be labelled accordingly (male & female signs); h. Toilet must be cleaned five times a week to maintain good hygiene (Monday to Friday); i. Toilets must be serviced every day to maintain good hygiene; j. Chemicals to be used must be environmentally friendly to prevent infections; k. The toilets waste must be emptied and disposed on a daily basis; l. Deep cleaning must be done once a month; m. The contractor must come with own water whenever the service and cleaning are done; n. Removal and disposal of SHE bins (Sanitary towels) in 14 flushable toilets and offices; o. The toilet waste must be disposed off at a licensed wastewater treatment facility; p.
