Scope: Artscape is looking to appoint an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to provide fibre for business services and VOIP services for a 24 month period from 1 September 2024 – 31 August 2026. Specifications: - Service 1: • 200mbps uncapped fibre for business line with a premium SLA and dedicated /29 IP’s; • Minimum contention ratio of 2:1; • Unthrottled; • NO FUP. - Service 2: • 100mbps uncapped fibre for business line with a premium SLA and dedicated /29 IP’s; • Minimum contention ratio of 2:1; • Unthrottled; • No FUP. - VOIP Service: To replace existing Telkom infrastructure with VOIP service. It needs to be a phased in approach. The following outlines the current infrastructure and needs: - Current telephony is with Telkom; • 2 incoming PRI’s; • Mixture of Analog and Digital handsets (Owned); • 60 extensions; • All extensions can be called directly; • 30 simultaneous outgoing calls; • Separate Telkom line for our Box Office (Dial-A-Seat).
