Bids are hereby invited for the following: Establishment of a database of recruitment service providers for a period of twenty-four (24) months. Expected outcomes and deliverables: The Recruitment Agency will be required to: 1. Draft a maximum of 2-page job advertisement for the vacant position as per Job Specifications and Requirements: 1.1. For advertising internally within RIM, 1.2. For listing on the Online Job Search Engines, 2. Draft one concise job advertisement to be on the weekly newspaper/s, 3. Capture all Curriculum Vitae (CV) received from potential candidates against the role profile and the advertised position to submit to RIM, 4. Arrange and conduct pre-screening interviews with possible potential candidates and draft a recommendation report on each, 5. Supply RIM with a minimum of 5 shortlisted candidates for each position, 6. Facilitate and/or work with RIM Team to draft and prepare the interview questions and interview schedule, 7. Conduct formal interviews with possible potential candidates where required, 8. Conduct background checks (vetting, ID, criminal, qualifications) for successful candidates, 9. Conduct psychometric testing where required, 10. Inform successful and unsuccessful applicants of the recruitment process outcomes, 11.
