An invitation is hereby issued to suitably qualified and experienced service providers to quote for the following: Appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to provide specialist project management consulting services, at MUT-Wide on a contract period of 6 months. IT&N requires the services of a project management consulting company to provide project management consultant services to assist in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple transformation projects. The consultant (s) will work closely with the IT&N Department’s management team and other stakeholders to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, and within budget, with the expected quality and benefits. Deliverables: The expected deliverables of the project are: • A project charter that defines the project scope, objectives, assumptions, constraints, and stakeholders, • A project plan/schedule that outlines the project activities, tasks, milestones, dependencies, resources, and roles and responsibilities, project timeline, deadlines, and critical path, • A project budget that estimates the project costs, revenues, and contingencies, • A risk register that identifies and analysis the project risks, and their probability, impact, and response strategies, • A communication plan that specifies the project communication channels, methods, frequency, and audience, • A project status report that summarizes the project performance, issues, and risks, and their resolution actions, • A project closure report that documents the project completion, deliverables, outcomes, and lessons learned, • A project evaluation report that assesses the project benefits, satisfaction, and feedback. The duration of the projects is estimated to be 6 months, starting from 1 August 2024 and ending on 31 December 2024. 源: ONLINE TENDERS

Bids are hereby invited for the provision of the rehabilitation and closure costs for the Eastern Cape Regional Waste Landfills Site: Specifications: Proposals are requested from service providers who have experience and expertise to provide Amathole District Municipality with a design and end use plan for the rehabilitation and closure costs of the Eastern Regional Solid Waste Landfill Site: • To calculate the provision for rehabilitation in term of GRAP 19 of one solid waste site as at 31 June 2023. The Eastern Regional Solid Waste Landfill site is situated on the remainder of Erf 9676, a portion of Erf 4935 in Mnquma Local Municipality, approximately 110 kilometres from East London. The size of the Landfill site is 91 hectares with a total life span of 20 years. The remaining lifespan is 15 years, • Supply the disclosure information in terms of GRAP 19, including the expected costs to rehabilitate the site at the end of its useful life, The design of the rehabilitation of the landfill site and End-use Plan including a schedule of quantities and a financial cost estimate.
