Re-advertisement: Formal written price quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of recognised and accredited Sage/Pastel partner for maintenance and support services for its current Pastel evolution software system including upgrades and enhancement to the existing modules and functionality use at Western TVET College for a period of three (3) years. Specifications: Western TVET College (WESTCOL) seeks to procure services from a recognised and accredited SAGE/Pastel accredited partner maintenance and support services for its current Pastel Evolution financial software system including upgrades and enhancement to the existing modules and functionality use. The RFQ for the appointment of a suitable service provider to support and maintain the current version of Pastel Evolution including upgrades and implementation of additional modules as and when required for a period of three (3) years. The Scope of this project is to appoint a service provider able to assist Western TVET College (WESTCOL) to support and maintain its current implemented system that meet the minimum specifications: The service provider must: - Demonstrate adequate capacity to support, maintain, upgrade and implement new modules as and when required, - Able to provide ad hoc and related services as and when required, Service provider should be able to provide substantial evidence demonstrating customer, maintenance and software support, - Provide ongoing and monthly support as when required. Deliverables: • Current upgrade of the current version to the latest Pastel software available, • Implementation of the following modules: - Fixed Assets to be GRAP complaint, - Budgeting, • Assisting with the development, testing of required ad hoc customised requests and reports to support the College approved policies, • Training of all financial staff as and when required to ensure optimal use of the functionality of the different modules, • Assist in resolving integration and support on third party interfaces as and when required, • Service provider to review effectiveness of existing configuration and settings when requested to improve use of functionality and m in achieving total integration of all modules. The scope entails the supply, and install AC mitigation zinc ribbon, gradient mat and sacrificial anode cathodic protection system. The scope of work for Ac mitigation shall include the following activities: a. Supply and install double zinc ribbon gradient control wire with length of 2X 223m. b. Supply and install DC decoupler (Zinc Ribbon) and consumables at the chamber. c. Supply and Install Valve Chamber Earth mats for G20 pipeline as per DRG RA_27375/2. d. Supply and install Voltage limiting device. e. Supply and Install 2X35mm2 black PVC/PVC pipe with a tail cable of 10m. f. Supply and Install 2X35mm2 black PVC/PVC for DC decoupling and voltage limiting devices connection. g. Supply and install 2X35mm2 green/yellow PVC/PVC earth cables for Zinc ribbon termination on the DC-decouplers. h. Sacrificial Anode cathodic protection system shall include the activities. i. Supply and install 2X10kg high potentials magnesium anodes surrounded by gypsum/bentonite clay backfill in a cloth bag with 10m long by 10mm² red PVC/PVC cable. j. Supply and install 2X35mm² black PVC/PVC pipe to anode with a tail cable of 5m. k. Supply and install Schottky low voltage 10A diode. l. Supply and Install PRE, Coupon and cabling. m.
