Scope: • Civil engineering services: The civil and structural engineering services will include remedial works on the platforms, sewer, water reticulation and storm water management. It will also include pavements to the walkways and the completion of the retaining walls and the Terrance seating; • Electrical and ICT infrastructure: The electrical works here includes just high mast lighting on the park and minor electrical reticulation on site; • Landscaping: The landscaping works includes planting of trees, shrubs and lawn on site and irrigation system.
