Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appoint a service provider to provide a new access control system with a maintenance SLA for a period of 12 months. Specifications: Supply and install a new access control system software inclusive of hardware (that will operate with the existing tags, finger print readers, etc), software and licences to be owned by OBP after the contract; - Programming of current fingerprint access control doors; - Supply and installation of new fingerprint access control doors; - Upgrading and programming of card reader access control doors; - Installation of a new biometric system at the boom gates; - Repair and program turnstile gate (inclusive of fingerprint access control); - Supply and installation of CCTV cameras; - New access card (to be compatible with card printer smart 31S); - Access card cover (2/5/10 pcs hard plastic badge holder); - User training; - System maintenance and support (with a turn around time of 24 hours or less in case of a call out/emergencies); - Repair emergency green call point; - Cost for additional access points inclusive of programming; - Vehicle access control scanner MT90 and cradles inclusive of charger and device pouch (device to be linked with SAPS system).
