Scope of work: The appointed service provider will be responsible for the following: A) Hotline Setup and Management: • Establish and maintain a 24/7 Fraud and Ethics Reporting Hotline; • Ensure the hotline is accessible via multiple channels including phone, email, web, and mobile app; • Provide toll-free access to the hotline. D) Reporting and Analysis: • Record all reported incidents in a secure system; • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for Postbank management; • Provide trend analysis and insights on reported issues; E) Training and Awareness: • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about the hotline and whistleblowing policies; • Create awareness materials to promote the hotline among employees, customers, and stakeholders. Salary Review: a) Include all positions in the salary review; b) Review salary adjustments, including cost-of-living adjustments; c) Advise on best practices for salary reviews. 3. Benefits Review: a) Review all monetary and non-monetary benefits; b) Consider additional benefits offered by comparator organizations; c) Review performance-related incentives. 4. Job Evaluation Services: a) Present and seek approval for the Patterson methodology; b) Conduct evaluations based on job profiles; c) Provide a detailed report on methodology and recommended grades; d) Consider organizational structure in evaluations; e) Engage stakeholders for input and final submissions; f) Provide training on job evaluation processes.
