Breede Valley Municipality invites quotations from suitably qualifying suppliers (service providers) for the following: Supply and delivery of 100% all weather cold mix asphalt, 30kg bags. Quantity: 1000. Specifications: • 6.7-7.1mm Aggregate; • No Tack-Coat or primer required for placing; • Must be apply-able/place-able in severe wet weather conditions; • Material should be workable in especially cold weather conditions and require no pre-heating for workability with manual labour; • No curing time required; • No diesel or cutbacks shall be added to the bitumen or the product at any stage; • Must not be water-based; • Minimum shelf-life of 12 months. All weather Cold Mix Asphalt – Once off delivered to Breede Valley Municipal Fairbairn Stores (Cnr of Fairbairn and Leipoldt Streets, Worcester) within 5 days of receiving an order. Delivery times between 08:00 and 15:00. Bidders’ prices must include transport and off-loading costs to the required site. All bags to packed inside storage unit (tar room) by hand.
