Quotations are hereby invited for the headhunting services for recruitment of senior management and executive positions for the period of 12 months Scope: The service providers are expected to manage the entire recruitment process for the Senior and Executive Management positions, from advertising until placement. Activities will include the following: a. Advertising for Senior Positions as and when received from Parliament; b. Pre-screening the candidates in terms of meeting minimum requirements using Parliament’s rating scale of 1-5; c. Liaising with the panel members; d. Organising the shortlisting meeting; e. Organising the interviews; f. Conducting qualifications and other relevant verifications and vetting, excluding Psychometric Assessments; g. Offer the successful candidate the position using Parliament forms and contracts; h. Hand over the process to the Manager: Human Resources Business Partners (Ms F Southwood or Mr BS Bashe).
