Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for security guarding services for a period of thirty-six months. Scope of Work: - Provide security guarding services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including Public Holidays) at all the designated sites i.e. 240 and 260 Justice Mahomed Street, Sunnyside, Pretoria; - Provide general security guarding services in terms of the Access to Public Premises and Vehicles Act as well as conditions of the Private Security Industry Regulatory Act (PSIRA) ensuring that security checks are carried out at entrance and exit points; - Provide guarding and securing all departmental assets, personnel, and information of the department; - Conduct searching of cars and visitors at the gates during entry and egress; - Complete the occurrence book hourly and upon the occurrence of incidents.
