Quotations are hereby invited for the supply and delivery of 2 x coffee machines for the client. Specifications: List of items and quantities required: - Coffee Machine x 2 Machines (6 months), - Coffee cups (Two wallpaper cups) x 6000 units, (1000 units per month), - Lids 6000 units x (1000 units per month), - Stir sticks x 6000 units (1000 units per month), - Sugar sachets (brown sugar, white sugar and sweetener) x 12000 sachets (2000 sachets per month), - Fresh milk 1ltr by 6 pack x 36 cases (6 cases per month), - Espresso roast coffee beans or (similar) by 1.8kg or similar x 24 bags (1.8kg per bag) (4 bags per month), - Cappuccino x 24 boxes (5 x 100g per box) (4 boxes per month), - Hot chocolate powder x 24 boxes (5 x 100g per box) (4 boxes per month), - Teabag (normal and rooibos) x 24 boxes (12 boxes of 200bags for each type). Draft specifications and/or Terms of Reference: 1. The service provider must supply the client with Two (2) coffee machines and stock items in-line with the requirements for a period of 6 months: - Dispense coffee with or without milk, boiled water, latte, cappuccino, espresso and hot chocolate, - The machine must be able to dispense strong or mild coffee, - Enable selection of three items at a time, - The machine must be able to work fast and able to produce 2 to 3 cups of coffee within 45 seconds per machine. 2. The supplier will be required to replenish the stock items upon request within 48hrs. 3. The supplier must service and maintain the machines once a month. The supplier must be able to resolve any technical issues reported within 24hrs at no additional cost. 4. If the said coffee machines are in need of repairs and/or maintenance (and unavailable for a period exceeding 4 hours) then a replacement machine/s should be made available at no additional cost to the client. 5. The coffee machine must be able to work with coffee beans. 6. The supplier must provide training on the utilisation of the machines to the staff. 7. The supplier must install the machines at the clients premises at supplier’s own cost. 8. The coffee machine operator must be able to refill the machines. 9. The supplier must not lease any machine that is older than (2) Two years. 10. The supplier must provide counter machines that can fit in the following space: - 850 millimetres wide by 420 millimetres depth.
