Scope: • Replace solenoid valves on boiler. • Replace the return pressure gauges on the burner to ensure accurate burner setup. • The pressure gauge on the fuel supply ring system must be replaced as it is blown. • Install a low ring main pressure switch to monitor the ring main pressure and interlock the burner from starting in the event of low ring main pressure. • The environmental conditions on this site are extremely corrosive. Replace about 12 relays inside the control panel to prevent a burnt relay or a field component being stuck in the on position. • Note: scope of works is only for the repairs to the burner and to start it up.
