Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Provide Facilitation Services for the Department of Economic Development Strategic Planning Session: 16th to 18th August 2022. Scope of work: The appointed consultant for facilitation services will be responsible for the following tasks: - Input on the structure/programme of the strategic session; - Design process for facilitating the workshop to generate agreed outputs; - Facilitate a process of steering participants before and during the workshop; - Document proceedings highlighting key points of discussion, decisions reached, and areas for further engagement and input; - Prepare a workshop report, including Plan of Action for the Department of Economic Development which outline points for action, alongside confirmation of responsible parties and time frames for delivery; - Produce a document detailing sector specific priority of the agreed programmes; - Produce the document(s) in both electronic and hard copy format, as Microsoft Word document and submit to the City; - The final report(s) by the facilitator must be concluded within two weeks after the Strategic Planning Session.
