Specifications: • Provide an unlimited licence model for Support Agents, Approvers and End-users for 5 Years; • Consulting services for the configuration and implementation of the tool; • Provider managed maintenance and support for the platform and application; • Provide technical training and training material for SABC system administrators; • An option of on-site training at the SABC premises or web-based training should presented; • Provide a minimum of four training sessions for system users.
