Tenders are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to assist with the recruitment and selection process of section 56 managers. Specifications: The service provider must facilitate and conduct the following processes as contained in the local government regulations on appointment and conditions of employment for Senior Managers: • Receipt of application forms and drawing up a long list (off-site); • Assist recruitment and selection panel with shortlisting (at KLM); • Perform Screening of shortlisted applicants - Conducting reference checks, determining validity of qualification, verify previous dismissals for misconduct or poor performance (off-site); • Provide screening/vetting report of short-listed candidates (off-site); • Invite shortlisted candidates to interviews (off-site); • Assist selection panel with preparation of interview questions and written competency assessments (at KLM); • Prepare and test shortlisted applicants for Competency (at KLM); • Assist with Interviews (at KLM); • Provide an outcome report for the selection of preferred candidates, in order to submit to Council (off-site).
