Quotations are hereby invited for the Removal of, repairs to, supply and installation of HVAC services at the annex building – DHA Church Square Facility. Service requirements: a) Remove the existing VRF system, including condensers, indoor units, piping, drains, etc. on Floors 2 to 6. b) Replace existing VRF system with suitable air conditioning system on Floors 2 to 6. c) Remove and replace existing extract system from ablution and kitchen areas on Floors 2 to 6. d) Remove and replace fresh air supply system on Floors 2 to 6. e) Allow for electrical distribution for newly installed equipment, including installation in existing DB on floors 2 to 6. f) Allow for carnage cost to remove and replace existing condensers (1 x lift). g) Allow for 10% for professional fees to include design, supervision, quality control and certification by registered professional engineer. h) Allow for contingency.
