Proposals are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for the NLC Board Chairpersons’ stakeholder engagement session - Content Development & Capturing in Gauteng and Mpumalanga Provinces. Objectives: To assist the board in adequately capturing and creating a visual impact as well as, educate and raise awareness of the NLC’s good causes, amongst internal and external stakeholders. - Video recording of specified Board activities, editing, packaging and delivery of the recordings. - Photography, piloting, and Ariel view visual presentation of specified Board activities. - The provision of all filming equipment, which includes a minimum of 4k video recording cameras, video lighting, sound recorders and lapel mics, editing and sound mixing software, and a basic music library, for every recording. Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for the NLC Board Chairpersons’ stakeholder engagement session - Content Development & Capturing in North West and Free State Province. Scope: • Drafts of each video are to be supplied to the NLC for review and final approval on a cloud based storage facility or USB memory stick or external hard drive delivered to the NLC; Create visibility of the of specified Board activities; • Develop and implement comprehensive photography & videography content around the Board’s Provincial visits; • Promote access to information using digital and other innovative channels to improve interaction and communication with all associates; • Conceptualising and producing effective through-the-line videography in respect of all content development, creative production, process handling and scene planning for the Board’s activities; and • Providing professional audio-visual services such as videos, online videos, and videography; • Services will also include editing of material of content, script writing, pre-production, production and post- production.
