Scope: - The service provider must be able to make provision for the reporting of, inter alia, the following: • Fraud; • Corruption; • Theft; • Contract and procurement irregularities; • Conflict of interest; • Harassment; • Discrimination; • Misuse of property; • Misconduct; • Time and attendance issues; • Misuse of expense accounts; • Maladministration; • Abuse of authority; • Mismanagement of funds; • Misuse of information and technology resources; • Any unethical or illegal behaviour/actions; • Any other related information that may assist with combatting of fraudulent, dishonest and unethical behaviour.
