Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to undertake hygiene services for a period of twelve (12) months. Scope: The following equipment to be installed once off for rental, Upmarket Modern Stainless-Steel Range: • 10 x Soap dispensers-wall mounted; • 26 x hands free sanitisers-wall mounted; • 14 x Toilet paper holders (x3 rolls per container) - wall mounted; • 14 x Toilet seat sanitisers-wall mounted; • 6 x Automated hand dryers-wall mounted; • 6 x Waste bins – wall mounted; • 6 x Hand towel dispenser (folded towels) - wall mounted; • 10 x Automated air-fresheners-wall mounted; • 9 x Feminine hygiene units. NB: All the equipment must be wall mounted except for the feminine bins. Expected monthly services to include the following: • Monthly servicing of the Feminine Hygiene units; • 2 x Ply soft folded hand towel tissues (we currently receive x6 boxes per month in one box 15 individual packets); • Toilet papers 2 ply = 10 barrels (48 rolls per pack); • Monthly deep cleaning of the toilets; • Refill of soap/seat sanitiser/hand sanitiser/air freshener to be replaced monthly when serviced; • During service to check/replacement of batteries.
