Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for quality review of annual financial statements. Scope: • Review the Accounting Policy of the Entity to ensure compliance with the latest Directives; • Review the mapped trial balance to ensure that all trial balance accounts are correctly linked in terms of the required reporting framework; • Perform a GRAP compliance assessment to identify any disclosure discrepancies in the AFS; • Compare the current year’s actual amounts with prior year’s audited amounts and enquire from Management any reasons for material increases or decreases to the comparative amounts; • Compare the current year’s actual amounts with the budgeted amounts and enquire from Management any reasons for material deviations from the budget.
