Scope: - Supply and seal rock finish roof with river sand, plaster sand and cement; - Supply and screed with river sand and cement mix concrete roofing slab; - Supply, seal and apply 8mm Torch on onto concrete roofing slab; - Clean existing gutters, down pipes and mesh on roof; - Supply, seal and apply 4mm Torch on onto existing roofing structure; - Supply and paint silver waterproofing paint onto the Torch on; - Supply and paint all interior walls/ceiling with two coats white acrylic wash and wear paint; - Supply and install 120mm PVC conduits to insulate existing electrical and IT server cables as indicated by project manager.
