Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Development, implementation, maintenance, hosting and support of an enterprise software solution for a metal trade licensing system for ITAC for a period of 5 years. Scope: The following will constitute deliverables for this project: • The development, implementation, maintenance, hosting and support of a Metal Trade Licensing (MTL) system; • The system must have advanced reporting and business intelligence capabilities; • The software must be “cloud-enabled” and must have the ability to be deployed on a “cloud” platform.
