Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a service provider to develop the costing plan including implementation plan for the draft policy: Women and Sport. Scope of work: - Identify and outline all the stakeholders and their roles covered in this policy that will be involved in the implementation; - Go through the draft policy: women and sport policy in order to come with relevant costing and implementation plan; - Provide a summary of your understanding of the policy on women and sport and how stakeholders are going to be impacted by the implementation of this policy; - Conduct research and arrange meetings with stakeholders to determine the scope of work and expectations of all; - Develop a methodology and model that will be used during the costing exercise including the implementation plan; - Determine the quantity, structure and form and costing including the implementation plan for the women and sport policy; - Identify and outline all the stakeholders, and their roles covered in the policies that will be involved in the implementation; - The cost estimates should, as far as possible, be based on existing reality in the current period; - Submit a budget based on your proposal and work plan should be inclusive. i.e. implementation of the policy by all stakeholders; - Submit a budget based on your proposal and work plan; - It will be expected of the service provider to provide final report one month after the completion of the project; - The project should be undertaken within four months from the day of appointment of the successful service provider.
