Quotations are hereby invited for the Refurbishment of C line high pressure system filters and pipework. The scope of the work comprise the following: - New 2off approximately 420L gland water filters; - Filter of regular octagon shape with 2 compartments, high density rubber, 4off 3mm perforated 316 stainless steel filter, filter c/w 4off mounting brackets coplanar with bottom surface, sealed with natural rubber and clamped with 316 stainless steel cover plate. Installation of new HDPE pipework for 3off HP pumps: 50mm and 100mm HDPE pipework: - HDPE pipework from filters to pumps suction port. - HDPE pipework from pumps discharge ports to discharge manifold. - Pipework include suction and discharge isolation valves and air vales. The following are the activities required for the service provider: - To Supply, deliver, rigging, installation, testing, commissioning. During this period the installation will be inspected, and the bidder shall make good to the satisfaction of the NLC any defects which may arise. • The bidder shall provide all instruments and equipment required for testing and, power required for the commissioning and testing of the installation upon completion. • Test reports to be submitted to NLC. - Only registered and NRS097 approved inverters must be used in all installation. - An electrical engineer designed and signed off drawings must be made available to the NLC upon completion of the works inclusive of the following: • Invertor NRS097 certificate of approval. • Invertor/ Battery manufacture approved compatibility document. • Solar Panels mounting rails compliance certificates. • Solar panels, invertor, and battery warranty documents. 源: ONLINE TENDERS
