Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Architecture and Space Renovation Services. Scope of work: The scope of work for this contract is as follows: 1. The services required include, but not limited to the following: - Perform needs assessment for office space and office redesigns, - Design and update the office refurbishment sketch/plans/drawings, - Ensure that plans are in line with ergonomics, Safety and Health regulations, Building regulations and Parliament Space Planning Guidelines. - Draft the specifications and terms of reference for the appointment of a service provider that will refurbish the office space. - Current AutoCAD Drawings for all the spaces will be provided to the appointed service provider.
