Scope: • The service provider shall manufacture 6 on 6 Chromium Carbide Drum Top Cell Liners for Tippler 1; • Service provider shall provide 6 on 6 Chromium Carbide plates (1500x3000mm) to cut from; • The service provider shall be responsible for but not limited to the following work as part of the scope of requirements and manufacturing of 6 on 6 Chromium Carbide Liners: - Cutting Liners according to the supplied template patterns and sizes; - Drilling countersunk bolt holes according to the supplied template patterns and sizes; - Deburring and rounding all sharp edges and corners; - Hard stamping/marking each finished Liner with its respective template number and/or identification number specified on the template; - Batching and strapping the finished Liners on wooden pallets of suitable size, strength and durability.
