Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Life of Mine Dynamic Model SA PGM Region. Scope of tender: Phase 1 of this process will focus on modelling the LoM mass flows across various plants. The model will be limited to the primary inputs and outputs of each plant. The term “mass flows” include the following components: • Overall mass input-output (Ore, concentrate and tailings); • PGM and base metal input-output; • Chrome input-output. The tool will need to meet the following functional criteria: • Cloud based; • Visual representation showing interconnectivity of various plants or processing units; • Ability for user (or superuser) to define key input parameters to calculate relevant outputs: - Head grades; - Concentrator mass pulls; - Mass yields; - Recoveries; - Other relevant parameters. • Graphs highlighting key parameters, inputs and outputs over a selected timeframe; • Ability to highlight when certain technical constraints (plant capacity, smelter blend limits, tailings deposition rates etc) have been violated.
