Re-advertisement: Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites tenders for the appointment of a turnkey contractor for the design, construction, refurbishments, and supporting infrastructure (high security fencing gate, steel balustrades, etc.) in two (2) schools one in the Bizana Kantolo JSS precinct (Alfred NZO District) and one in Holycross JSS in the Flagstaff (OR Tambo District), repairs and relocation of existing 27 year old prefabs at Arthur Ngunga SSS and repairs and relocation of existing 16 year old prefabs at Toleni PS. Scope: • Kantolo JSS: Refurbishment, renovations of the three (3) existing classroom blocks with a roller shutter door to be used as multipurpose structure, high security fencing gate to the sport fields, renovations of the existing administration block i.e., fixing, painting roof to match existing buildings, external works i.e., water tanks, concrete stands, kitchen utensils i.e., fridge, deep freezer, microwave, etc.; • Holycross JSS: Installation of a roller shutter door to be used as multipurpose structure in the existing classroom prefabricated structures, refurbishment, renovations of the existing administration block, balustrades and external works, installation and replacement of stolen water pump and relevant fittings and steel door with more secured materials and kitchen utensils i.e., fridge, deep freezer, microwave etc.; • Holycross and Kantolo JSS: Professional Fees of the Turnkey Contractor.
