Extension of closing date: Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Provision of rail infrastructure technical performance assessment and asset condition assessment for the coal line and major feeder lines in the North Corridor for a period of four (4) months. Scope: The following information will be provided to support the various phases of the Assessment: • Network diagrams reflecting traffic densities, permissible axle loadings, extent of electrification and voltage and train authorisation systems and type; • Where possible the age of the asset or last major upgrade will be provided; • Access to raw data from the measuring test coaches; • Major control centres and signal cabin locations; • Historical, current and forward-looking traffic data.
