Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Development of a Remuneration Policy; Philosophy and Strategy for Parliament; review job evaluation system and recommend new system, review salary scales and benchmark with the market, review rewards structure (including non-financial rewards). Advise on the establishment of a Human Resources and Remuneration Committee to guide on amongst others Executive pay and benefits. Scope of work: • Conduct a review of the current remuneration practices in the institution and develop and present a report on the positives and challenges of the current system; • Guide the institution in the development and approval of the new remuneration policy, strategy and philosophy; • Review and propose a new relevant job evaluation system; • Benchmark and present a report on the salaries and benefits paid to roles in Parliament compared to the market; • Develop salary scales for the institution; • Establish internal equity based on the salary benchmarking report and the derived salary scales; • Proposal on other forms of rewards including non-financial rewards; • Advice and recommendation on how to establish a remuneration and Human Resources Committee to amongst others determine Executive Pay.
