Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Procurement of employee engagement survey services. Specifications: - This is a once-off survey, it aims at engaging employees online and anonymous in order to improve work culture and increase productivity. - Highest levels of data security and confidentiality. - Flexibility in reporting. - Mobile compatible. - Supplier will be required to meet with the NHC management upon appointment. - The service provider shall submit at least three (3) reference letters from contactable clients for which similar services were provided. The letters must be on the client letterhead with the company information such as address and telephone number, contact person, type of services rendered, the period that the services were rendered and the Rand value (Vat inclusive). - NHC staff compliment is currently at 50. - The service provider is required to design a survey that must make provision for, but not limited to, the following aspects: a) Do you find your work for NHC meaningful? b) How satisfied are you working for the NHC? c) Does NHCs vision and values inspire you? d) Do other provide you with recognition for your accomplishments at work? e) Do you feel like your supervisor is invested in your success? f) Do you receive recognition for your work? g) Do you feel valued and appreciated at work? h) Do you feel that there are professional development opportunities available to you? i) Do you plan to stay with the NHC for another 2 / 5 / longer years? j) Would you recommend NHC as a good place to work? k) In the last six months, someone at work has talked to me about my progress l) People in my department communicate sufficiently with one another. m) It is easy to get along with my colleagues n) Is there a sense of equality and fairness in the NHC? The service provider must analyse the information obtained from the survey and provide a report to NHC on the analysis of the data, including how critical aspects can be treated to enhance staff motivation or to address the concerns raised in the survey.
